How are your products packaged for shipping?
All DoughGirl treats are individually heat-sealed and packed in insulated containers with food-grade gel packs to ensure they arrive fresh and soft at your doorstep.
Do you offer vegan or gluten-free options?
Yes! We have a dedicated 'Inclusive Sweets' line featuring plant-based and gluten-free cookies. Please check the product descriptions for specific allergen information.
How long will my cookies stay fresh?
Our cookies are best enjoyed within 5 days of arrival. For longer storage, you can freeze them for up to 3 months; simply reheat in the oven at 350°F for 3 minutes for that fresh-baked taste.
What is your return policy for food items?
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns. However, if your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours for a full refund or replacement.
Can I track my delivery?
Absolutely. Once your order is baked and dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking number so you can follow your treats from our kitchen to your home.
Do you provide catering for large events?
We love parties! We offer bulk discounts and custom packaging for weddings, corporate events, and birthdays. Please contact our events team at least two weeks in advance.
